Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

- In original condition, unworn and unused  
- With all original tags attached  
- In the original packaging  
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ve-kap.com.  
Returns must be approved before the item is shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will assess the issue and provide appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Custom or personalized products  
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)  
- Items classified as hazardous materials  
- Sale items and gift cards

If you are uncertain whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us prior to shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a different item is required, please return the original product in accordance with the return policy and place a new order separately.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.  
Returned items must meet the same eligibility criteria as above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.  
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.  
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
